Proof and Case Studies

# See what moved from idea to operation.
Explore what AI Xccelerate has demonstrated, designed, and made available for review. The strength and limits of each piece of evidence are clearly labeled.
Verified customer outcomes and production claims appear only when their baseline, method, attribution, limitations, and publication permission are approved.

Evidence earns responsibility
Do not skip a level

01DemonstrableThe capability can perform a relevant scenario.
02DeliverableThe work can be defined, designed, evaluated, and governed responsibly.
03OperationalThe system can perform bounded work under defined controls.
04BusinessThe work contributed to a verified organizational result.

The levels describe the strength of evidence attached to a claim. They are not a customer maturity score.

Public evidence available today

## Start with the question the evidence can answer.
The public library begins with capability, delivery-method, and architecture evidence. Stronger customer, production, and business claims remain omitted until their evidence records and permissions are complete.

01Capability demonstrations

### See defined AI responsibilities in action.

The video library illustrates AI workers and workflows performing defined scenarios. Each demonstration helps explain capability but does not prove customer adoption, production reliability, or business impact.
Establishes
Scenario-level capability
Does not establish
Customer or production outcome

02Delivery-method evidence

### Inspect how priority, responsibility, controls, and evidence connect.

The delivery journey documents how business and technical discovery, working implementation, evaluation, deployment, and operating responsibility stay connected.
Establishes
The delivery method and decision gates
Does not establish
A result for a specific customer

03Platform and architecture evidence

### Review the foundations behind a production system.

The platform and governance pages explain the role of context, tools, permissions, human control, evaluation, observability, and operating ownership. Exact fit must be assessed for the customer environment.
Establishes
Current architecture and operating approach
Does not establish
Universal compatibility or deployment readiness

Controlled review

## Some evidence belongs in a qualified conversation.
Customer confidentiality, security, commercial sensitivity, and contractual obligations can limit public detail. Where appropriate and approved, a controlled review may include sanitized evaluation results, architecture artifacts, operating measures, control descriptions, or references.
Availability depends on the evidence, permission, audience, and applicable agreement.

Executive questions
Is every video a customer case study?
No. A video may be a capability demonstration, an internal scenario, or part of a customer-approved case. Each item should state which it is before stronger conclusions are drawn.
Does a Proof of Impact mean the system is in production?
Not necessarily. A Proof of Impact is a bounded implementation used to generate evidence and enable a decision. Production status must be labeled separately.
How do you verify business outcomes?
A publishable result needs an approved baseline, measurement period, source, attribution explanation, limitations, and permission. The exact method depends on the outcome.
Can you share unnamed customer work?
Only when the customer agreement and approval allow it. An anonymized case must still disclose enough context and methodology to be useful without exposing confidential information.
Can our team review technical evidence?
Yes, when the relevant evidence exists and is approved for the intended audience. Sensitive materials may require a qualified review or an appropriate agreement.
What if a result is mixed or the project does not proceed?
That can still be useful evidence. A disciplined proof should support a decision to proceed, revise, expand, or stop. The objective is to reduce uncertainty, not manufacture a success story.

Start with the decision

## What evidence would your organization need to move forward?
Bring us a business priority, workflow, or technical question. We will help define the evidence required for a responsible production decision.
