# SMS Consent
How AI Xccelerate collects text-message opt-in, what we send, how often, and how to stop.

## What we send
AI Xccelerate sends onboarding scheduling and customer support messages by SMS to people who have opted in. These messages come from AI Xccelerate and relate to work you have started with us: scheduling an onboarding or working session, confirming or rescheduling a meeting, and responding to a support request.

- Frequency: Max 4 msgs/month. Msg frequency may vary.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for help.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

## How we collect consent
Consent is collected on our contact form at [https://www.aixccelerate.com/talk-to-us](https://www.aixccelerate.com/talk-to-us). The form includes an optional mobile phone field and a separate text-message checkbox placed directly above the submit button.

- The checkbox is unchecked by default. You have to check it yourself.
- The checkbox is optional. You can submit the form, contact us, or work with us without it.
- It is a standalone checkbox. It is not bundled with acceptance of our Terms & Conditions or any other agreement.
- The full disclosure (program, frequency, rates, HELP/STOP, no-sharing statement, and policy links) is shown next to the checkbox, before the submit button, with nothing hidden behind a tooltip, modal, or expander.
- When you opt in, we record the date and time, your IP address, the mobile number you provided, and the exact disclosure text you were shown.
