Case study D
A Mexico-based promotional products company entering Spain and Italy

# Outbound that shows the prospect their own brand on the product.

Each target company received a sequenced campaign built from research, generated branded product assets, and a catalogue in their own visual identity.

The situation

## In promotional products, a generic pitch never becomes real.

The company had a target list of enterprise prospects in two new European markets and no relationship with any of them.
In promotional products the buyer cannot evaluate the offer abstractly. They need to see their own brand on the merchandise before it becomes real.
Standard outbound fails almost by definition, because the pitch stays generic until it becomes visual and specific.

What we built

## Jules, customized into a research-to-send pipeline per prospect.
Named worker: [Jules, outreach AI worker](https://www.aixccelerate.com/ai-workforce/roles).
This was not an off-the-shelf outreach tool. It was a heavily customized deployment of Jules, our outreach AI worker, running a full pipeline for every prospect.

- 1

### Research the company
Brand, visual identity, color palette, logo, and what the business actually does.

- 2

### Generate branded product assets
AI image generation rendered the prospect's own logo and brand colors onto physical items: cups, hats, t-shirts.

- 3

### Assemble a personalized catalogue
An online catalogue built entirely in that prospect's branding, not a generic line sheet.

- 4

### Deliver in sequence
A sequenced email campaign to the buyer personas most likely to respond, with the branded catalogue attached and linked.

Why they chose AI Xccelerate

## The customization depth was the product.

01
The sale was an outcome, not an outreach seatResearch, generative design, and sequenced delivery had to run as one pipeline. No off-the-shelf sales engagement platform generates the creative asset that makes the email work.
02
Visual specificity is what makes the pitch evaluableThe buyer needed to see their brand on the item. The worker's job was to produce that artifact, then deliver it to the right persona.

The value delivered

## Cold outbound into two markets with no prior presence, with a visual offer in each prospect's brand.
Each message carried a catalogue the prospect could evaluate because it already wore their identity.
A quantified response rate is not published here. The figure will be added once it is verified as reply rate or open rate. Those are different claims, and the public number has to be the accurate one.

Metric reserved
Response rate on cold outbound
Withheld. Confirm whether the measured figure is reply rate or open rate before publication.

Who this is for

## This story reaches a revenue-side buyer.
The buyer is a CRO, VP Sales, or CMO running outbound where the offer gets stronger when it is visual and specific, especially into a new geography or segment with no warm pipeline.

01

### New-market entry
No relationship in the geography. The first email has to make the offer concrete.

02

### Visual or configurable offers
Promotional products, merchandising, packaging, and any B2B offer that lands when the buyer sees themselves in it.

03

### Revenue teams at B2B companies
Outbound is already the motion. Generic sequences are not converting because the pitch stays abstract.

## Talk to us about outbound that shows the offer, not just describes it.
If your sequence fails because the prospect cannot see themselves in the pitch, bring us the offer, the market, and the artifact that would make the email real.
